This group of colonial style units are in a well maintained garden setting is near fabulous Burnside, Norwood Parade and only 10 mins drive from the CBD.

The unit is within walking distance of the Burnisde Village where you will find a plethora of fantastic designer boutiques and shops, gourmet eateries,classy shoe & fashion outlets, chemist, florist, supermarket, green grocer, novelty shops, banks and a post office.

Nearby and within easy walking distance is beautiful Tusmore Park.
