Sunbird Gardens is located 500 metres to shops and restaurants and a 300 metre rain forest track walk to the magnificent surf beach of Agnes Water. (the most northern surf beach on the east coast)

Your spacious one bedroom fully self contained villa includes your own barbecue and private gazebo. The kitchen area is fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, cooktop and all utensils.

With only 3 villas in the complex you should only be disturbed by the native birds.

Locality


A 5 klm drive takes you to the historic town of 1770 where Captain James Cook made his first landing on Queensland soil. This is the step off point to the southern tip of The Great Barrier Reef. A number of tour operators can take you to Lady Musgrave Island or Fitzroy Reef where you can explore and dive the famous reef.

The climate at Agnes Water/1770 is is a gift to the area.

You can explore the national parks located on the northen amd sourthern extremities of Agnes Water and if you enjoy fishing throw a line in to the surf or creeks or reef fish with a day trip with a charter operator.
