Lovely clean and bright cottage in safe, secure established neighbourhood. Contemporary decor. Three bedrooms. Bathroom with separate bath and shower. New kitchen and appliances. Open plan living and dining in lovely north facing living area with two adjoining sun decks. Gas flame fireplace for winter. Polished floorboards throughout. Large landscaped secure back yard for children and pets. Walk (10 mins) to beach, (15 mins) shops and restaurants. Undercover BBQ.

Locality

Perfect location - the best of all worlds. Quiet, secure neighbourhood and with everything within walking distance. Beach at end of the street, shops and restaurants only a short walk.

Weatherboard cottage/house on landscaped garden block. Secure fences and gates. Contemporary style cottage with new kitchen. Outdoor shower. Sunny aspect.
