A complimentary generous breakfast basket is provided on arrival to welcome our guests which includes cereals,bread, eggs, bacon,yoghurt, cheeses and a variety of goodies for you to enjoy!
Plunger coffee,teas,milk, fruit juice and cookies are also included.

All linen supplied along with thirsty towels and fluffy bathrobes, toiletries supplied. There is a concealed laundry in the ensuite with a washing machine and dryer.
Large flat screen LCD TV and DVD player along with DVD library consisting of a range of late release and classic movies along with a diverse range of CDs to cater for all tastes in music.

Austinmer Beach has two olympic size saltwater swimming pools and a rockpool which has been immortalised in many paintings by various artists
The beach is beautiful in winter as well as summer, and just perfect for coastal walks or picnics.
With the mountains so close to the sea,it is an absolute mecca for the professional or amateur photographer.
