Self-contained apartment

With all the convenience of beachside accommodation, Avalon Oceanview is just metres away from Avalon Village's fashion shopping, restaurants, cinema and supermarket that allows guests to forget the car, and walk. Located just across the road from one of Sydney's best northern beaches, Avalon Oceanview comprises two good sized bedrooms, large lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, quality appointed bathroom and single lock up garage with parking in front of garage.The master bedroom includes high quality latex queen bed, and mirrored built-in wardrobe.The second bedroom has a tri bunk, with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top and again has mirrored built-in wardrobe.The easy care kitchen includes the normal range of appliances including dishwasher & microwave oven.The lounge/dining room comprises black leather lounge suite, 80 cm Plasma TV with DVD player and a dining area with views to die for.This apartment was renovated in November 2008, which included replacement of most furniture.

The property is perfect - great water views - unit is light and fresh, clean, neat and tidy. Excellent renovations done with good taste and class. Easy and friendly communication with owner. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back. Marius and Rosemarie Els April 2009

Locality

Avalon is located on Sydney's lovely Northern beaches, approx a 40min drive north of the Sydney CBD. Avalon Oceanviews' close proximity to the picnic area and children’s playground equipment adjacent to the surf life saving club makes it ideal for the family seeking a casual, relaxing holiday where they can park the car, and walk to everything. The protected, beachside rockpool, allows for early morning exercise laps or peace-of-mind bathing for toddlers in the shallow kids’ pool. For the avid surfer, why not enjoy Kelly Slater’s favourite northern beaches wave. For those who enjoy a game of golf, Avalon Golf course is a short 200m easy stroll to the first tee, and for as little as $20, you can enjoy either 9 or 18 holes.
