Hampden House is a family or couples friendly home in a fantastic location.

Hampden House is situated in a tree lined street in the Ballarat area recently named in a suvey compiled by the local paper as a most desirable surburb to live in.
It is only minutes away from Ballarat tourist attractions and minutes from numerous take away shops, Aldi, Safeway, IGA, service stations,
It is 3 km from Sovereign Hill and the Ballarat CBD, 2 km from Ballarat's hospitals and 1 km to Lake Wendouree.

Why stay in a motel when you can have the comfort of a home?
We strive to make every stay hassle free and one to remember for our guests.
The home is available for overnight, weekly or extended stays.

Main bedroom has a queen bed and single trundle and a cot if required.

Second bedroom has a queen bed.

Third bedroom has a bunk bed - double on the bottom and a single above.

The bedrooms all have new carpet.
All bedding including sheets and towels are supplied.
A double sofa bed in the lounge room can be used if required for additional persons.
The large open plan lounge, dinning, kitchen and hall area have beautiful polished floor boards and the whole home has central heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. Tea, coffee and milk are supplied.
A high chair is available if needed.
The bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
There are laundry facilities and a washing machine and dryer are provided for your use.
Off street parking is available for up to four cars and access is trouble free.
