FEATURES: Three bedroom multi-level home starting with rumpus on the lower floor. This room has a futon sofa bed, TV and VCR for the kids (satellite TV only). Formal living on the middle level with free to air and satellite TV, stereo and VCR/DVD combo. This area opens onto large wrap around oceanview deck. Casual living on the upper level for dining etc. Kitchen has dishwasher and microwave. There are three queen bedrooms (master with ceiling fan) and three bathrooms (one with bath). Panoramic views from main rooms including living, dining, sunroom and master bedroom. Relax outdoors by the pool with gazebo, spa and outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Laundry facilities with w/machine dryer and lockup garage available. Off street parking for one car only. NO SMOKING INDOORS. NO PETS ALLOWED. LINEN SUPPLIED.
