The freestanding villa (m2) boasts privacy and intimacy that will make you feel you have truly escaped. The property is generously proportioned and provides a warm and inviting alternative to standard, more sterile accommodation.

The 3 Bedroom home contains modern furnishings with an artistic flair. The walls are adorned with photographs from Europe and beyond with a library of books and magazines to match. There is also a CD library, DVD and T.V x 2 (one just for the kids) and I pod dock. Living areas are complimented with, soft fluffy throw rugs and rustic textured floor lamps.

The sizable home has a fully equipped kitchen (no odds and ends) with coffee machine, enclosed private courtyard and sundeck, with a view to Boomerang headland. Two of the three bedrooms are double rooms and the main bedroom is open plan leading to an ensuite with a private view to bushland and native birds.

The home is well equipped for entertaining with BBQ adjacent to the kitchen and timber outdoor table to the private courtyard. Guests can choose to dine at home on a balmy evening under the stars in the surrounds of the frangipani trees or choose from contemporary dining options within walking distance.
