Located at the end of a quiet country lane, Brookville Cottage is surrounded by rolling hills and lush green fields. Also bordering the cottage is a magnificent old growth forest.

Brookville overlooks Fitzroy Falls Lake the northern end of which is a vibrant bird sanctuary.

Locality

Brookville is a short 4km from Burrawang, our local village and only10 minutes from Robertson.
Kangaroo Valley, Moss Vale and Bowral are all under 30 minutes away.

Property

Brookville is a historic property which dates back to 1862 when it was settled by Thomas Blencowe.

Brookville Cottage was built in the 1930s as a managers' cottage and has recently undergone restoration and renovation.

Brookville is also a working farm with cattle, four alpacas, and hens providing farm fresh eggs.

Brookville has an extensive established garden with many decidious trees and it all comes alive in spring when hundreds of bulbs come into bloom.
