A luxurious Southern Highlands 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom country home for all seasons just 1.5 hours drive south west of Sydney.

Tucked away behind electric gates lies a long winding driveway that passes a Koi pond leading to the main residence. The home is situated on over 2 acres of mature gardens with established trees and lawns. An indoor Magnapool house and spa is linked to the main residence via a pathway and overlooks a floodlit all weather tennis court. Terraces, patios and timber decks facilitate outdoor entertaining where a variety of birds and animals enjoy the grounds at various times of the year.

The spacious home is centrally heated and airconditoned and also includes a bar with baby grand piano, conservatory with TV, DVD/CD and iPOD docking system. Ceiling speakers throughout facilitate enjoyment of your personal music choices.

Occupancy for Millewa is 11 guests.

'Possum cottage' accommodates an additional 2 guests should this be required.

Property details

Kitchen – Fully equipped oak kitchen with granite bench tops. Dinner service for twelve guests and a range of cookware. Appliances include Washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Dining Room – Dining table and 8 chairs with bespoke sideboard and table. Steps lead up to the T.V. room/snug with 2 matching "love seats, large sofa and marquetry coffee table.

Drawing room- Armoire contains CD & IPOD docking system, coffee table, 4 & 3 person settee and Louis 15th pear wood chair and ottoman. A "jetmaster" log fire and adjustable mood lighting adds to the ambience. You can enjoy reading a book from the Joseph Grange swivel bookshelf and the children can chill on the bean bag and play family games.

Conservatory -Baby grand piano and bar. French doors open onto a an entertaining area with a fountain.

Undercover parking for 2 vehicles in the car port attached to the main residence with plenty of space for another 4 vehicles within the property.

Grounds – Include a trampoline, tree house and swings for children, an 8 person outdoor table with umbrella and wicker seating for 6 located on an elevated patio that overlooks the lawns and gardens.

Indoor Pool/Spa house – The pool is almost 10 meters in length, 1.8 to 2m deep with a separate spa. French doors open onto an elevated north facing Haddon stone paved entertaining area.

Tennis Court – All weather flood lit court with “hit up net” “golf putting hole”, Volley ball net /poles and basketball/netball rings.

Possum Cottage – Fully self-contained accommodation for 2 additional guests with en suite bathroom and kitchenette. By separate negotiation.
