Manallack Studios is part of the Manallack and Union Streets Precinct recognised as having historical and architectural heritage significance. The Edwardian and Victorian residential streetscape have houses, erected around 1890 and between 1907-1919, were originally occupied by the working-class which so strongly characterised this part of Brunswick in the late nineteenth century.
