Lavender Lodge is a charming property situated on an acre of rolling lawns in a very peaceful and private setting. It offers quality fully self-contained accommodation for up to 8 people.

It is stylishly appointed & coupled with the very relaxed atmosphere it will instantly make you feel at home. The property is within walking distance of Bundanoon Village, Morton National Park with the stunning views of the escarpment and Glow Worm Glen (just moments away).

It is the ideal base for:
* Visiting the local markets & wineries
* Extensive bushwalking ^& bike riding tracks moments away
* Easy access to the many beautiful surrounding towns & villages
*Swim at the local pool or play a game of tennis, just moments away

Complete with an oversized barn which is a great games room and supplies table tennis for a bit of fun!

Locality

Located in the beautiful village of Bundanoon, close to the Morton National Park for spectacular scenery, Glow Worm Glen and a walk to the local village shops, tennis club and pool. An ideal spot for the many local attractions, such as antique shops, wineries, golf clubs and bike tracks.

Property

With plenty of room for entertaining, it is a stylishly appointed home with tasteful furniture and fittings.

It has a fully equipped charming kitchen with breakfast room, formal dining room and lounge, a stunning new bathroom with claw foot tub with another bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet and laundry facilities.

Upstairs has a beautiful rumpus room with TV and DVD player. The new oversized decking has a BBQ overlooking the beautiful grounds (a childhood dream or simply beautiful to relax in and enjoy), and central gas heating is installed for those cosy nights as well as a beautiful new fireplace in the formal lounge.

Lavender Lodge is the ideal location for a tranquil getaway, whether it is a short weekend away or longer stay.

Sofa Bed upstairs in Rumpus Room.

The oversized barn is great for table tennis. Weekend getaways, longer length stays or mid-week will happily be arranged on request.

CONDITIONS:
Minimum booking age is 24
Bond of 50% of booking
Guest booking must supply drivers license details
Guests are to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition otherwise a fee of $150 will be deducted from the bond.

Lavender Lodge is located within walking distance to Glow Warm Glen as well as a few minutes drive to the spectacular landscape of the Morton National Park (a few minutes from the town & railway station, a brisk bike ride away, or hike), the density & variety of the bushland, & the unexpected vistas as you reach the edge of the plateau & peer down into the valleys & along the escarpments will delight.

Public transport within 5 minute walk, Transport can be arranged from closest public transport facility at no extra charge, Train service.

Sandy and Malcolm Cousens of Southern Highlands Holiday Homes are available to collect guests at Bundanoon Train Station and deliver guests at Lavender Lodge. Notice at time of booking is required.

Family Friendly

Lavender Lodge has a large barn with a table tennis set, various bikes for ages 2 to 12 as well as board games and DVD's. It is beautifully situated on a lovely one acre block that provides a great area for children to ride bikes and play ball sports.

Sylvan Glen located in Penrose is just a short drive away and the Mt Broughton Golf Club at Suttons Forest has a beautiful 18-hole championship golf course which offers beautiful vistas with lush greens, natural waterways & undulating fairways.

Lavender Lodge in Bundanoon is a great location to visit the many local art galleries and antique shops throughout the Southern Highlands as well as the famous Bradman Museum in Bowral.

Rooms and rates

There is a minimum 2 night stay at Lavender Lodge at $320 per night (Sunday to Thursday is $320 per night, and Friday and Saturday nights are $370 each and must be booked together, therefore $740 for Friday and Saturday nights). This is based on 8 people.
