High quality Leather furniture ,fittings and tastefully decorated. The Living area is big enough for everybody to sit back and relax either on the leather sofas or bean bags and watch the Sony TV with suround sound and Blu ray DVD player, put on a CD or use the Ipod dock to play your favorite music in the Sony Stereo or just gaze out the window at what Burnie City has going on.
Polished floor boards, tiles and Carpet in Bedrooms.
Kitchen has a Smeg Gas cooktop & Electric Oven and side by side Frigde Freezer with Ice water dispencer, Two draw Dishwasher & a Microwave Oven. Front loading washing machine and clothes dryer. Outdoor clothesline. All bedrooms have Builtin wardrobes, panel heaters and all beds have Timed electric blankets. Bathroom has a Bath, Shower & two hand basins .The toilet and hand basin is seperate near the bedrooms. Outside we have a upper and lower deck with fountain at the front and the back garden has an elevated flat area with two swings for the children and a Basketball hoop & a Outdoor shower. The single car garage has a remote control rollerdoor for easy access.

Close to City shopping, West Park Oval, Burnie Arts and Function Centre and all the local tourist attractions Makers workshop and Lactos Cheese tasteing Sales etc.
