Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Resort, Self-contained apartment

Modern, well maintained 2 bedroom apartment DIRECTLY overlooking the saltwater swimming pool; lush tropical gardens and communal BBQ area only metres away.

Having a fantsatic location within the Resort and town, our privately owned GROUND floor apartment has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. It caters well for all holiday makers and is ideal for families with children.

Apartment 202 is fully air conditioned, contains a stylish, open plan, modern kitchen (very well equipped) and also has laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. The living area is spacious and has double glass sliding doors (fitted with security screens) so you can view the pool from inside. Open the doors, put on some music, sit down and relax, as we are one of the few ground floor apartments with a clear view of the swimming pool.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with built in closets. Main bedroom contains a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 king singles.

Having access to Novotel Resort facilities, Apartment 202 is perfectly positioned with a communal barbecue area and entry to pool only metres from the door and all other facilities within 200m.

Locality

The picturesque village of Palm Cove, just 25 minutes north of Cairns and 30 minutes south of Port Douglas, is surrounded by a palm fringed sandy beach with unlimited views across the aqua blue waters of the Coral Sea to Green & Double Island.

Palm Cove is an ideal base from which to explore the spectacular Great Barrier Reef and magnificent rainforests of far North Queensland. It is the ultimate holiday destination offering a unique mix of casual, relaxed atmosphere with world class facilities.

Deserve a pampering, then visit one of Palm Coves many rejuvenating spas. Soothe the body & soul with a complete and sensational restoration experience, choosing from massage treatments, body wraps, personalised facials or manicure and pedicure treatments.

There are many fun attractions for that family day out. Go and see the animals at Cairns Tropical Zoo, or go on a spotlighting tour at the Cairns Night Zoo. See the crocodiles in their natural habitat at Hartleys Crocodile Adventures. Ride the skyrail and scenic train to Kuranda. Make a day of it and whilst in Kuranda visit Birdworld, the Butterfly Sanctuary or Koala Gardens. Want some water action..go for a swim at Palm Cove patrolled beach or Muddy's Water play park on Cairns Esplanade. Or even go for a half or full day to the reef.

For the adventurous there is plently to see and do. Choose from a rainforest safari through Daintree; scuba diving or snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef; bungy jumping (including night bungy jumping); hot air ballooning; sea kayaking to Green Island; white water rafting; skydiving; parasailing; 4WD tours through Cape Tribulation; or even try your hand at deep sea fishing.

Interested in golf. Play the 9 hole (eighteen tee) course at Palm Cove Country Club within Novotel Resort or prefer a full 18 holes, take a 5 minute drive and you can have a hit at Paradise Palms ranked 67 in top 100 Australian golf courses

All too much, then just sit and relax by the pool directly outside your apartment.

Property

Located throughout the resort are 7 tropical set saltwater pools including 25m lap pool. The main Resort pool is designed around rockery and waterfalls with a spa, children's wading pool and crocodile slide all covered by shade sails.

Also each accommodation area has their own pool, set in beautiful tropical gerdens so you don’t have to wander too far to relax poolside in a sun lounge or have a refreshing swim. The pool servicing this block is directly out the door so it is like having a pool in your backyard.

Within each accommodation block one can also find large grassy barbecue areas shaded by palm trees. The barbecues are well kept and free to use. There are rotundas with table and chairs near the barbecue areas that can be used as an alternative eating area.
