Located on the 8th (top) floor in the prestigious Realm precinct, Barton, this apartment has it all, including being walking distance to Parliament House, many government agencies and businesses.

The living and dining area has access to a balcony with an outdoor setting. The living area is furnished with a leather lounge, flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player and computer desk. The dining area has a glass dining table and leather chairs. The kitchen has Miele cooking appliances, a microwave, refrigerator, two drawer dishwasher and quality fittings such as a stone bench top. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has more than ample storage. A large sliding door provides access to the balcony. The bathroom has luxury marble, glass and chrome fittings with large amounts of storage space behind mirrored cupboards above the vanity unit and shelving below.

The apartment is walking distance from the popular cafe and restaurant suburbs of Manuka and Kingston. However, the 5 start Hotel Realm is just across the road with bar, restaurants, health club, hairdressers and other services.
