Nicholls House offers guests a pleasant comfortable place to stay in the Nicholls area of Canberra, a few minutes drive from Gungahlin Marketplace, Belconnen and CBD and very close to University of Canberra or ANU. It is an owner operated accommodation in a private residence to ensure guests enjoy a great stay in Canberra. Free Wi-Fi internet access, off street parking is available.

The Tariff is spacious comfortable one bedroom accommodation with ducted gas heating. It can cater up to four people. The main bedroom has nice light green frame queen sized bed and bedsides with ensuite, walk in wardrobe, quality Sheridan brand bed linen and towels and electric blanket for cold winter. The spacious comfortable lounge room contains a leather sofa, beautiful mahogany dining suite, buffet unit and a new plasma TV. Two single beds are located in dining room. Laundry is available. Unfortunately kitchen or kitchenette is unavailable in this tariff, but microwave, fridge kettle toaster and sandwich pressure are available. Tea and coffee are provided.
