This spacious studio with private ensuite and entrance is appointed with quality carpet, blockout curtains and tasteful furnishings. Surrounded by gardens, decks, courtyard, pond & BBQ facilities, this B&B is a short stroll from Lake Burley Griffin, adjoining parklands, shops, restaurants, Canberra Golf Club & sailing clubs. Easy access to bike/walking paths. Major tourist attractions are easily accessible by car or public transport (200 metres to bus stop).

Quiet tree-lined street in historic Yarralumla in central, south Canberra. Only minutes from the CBD, embassies, new and old Parliament Houses, the Australian National Gallery, National Library, Government House, National Museum of Australia, ANU, the School of Music and Canberra Glassworks all of which are conveniently accessed by public transport. The Yarralumla shopping centre, Chinese, Thai, Turkish and Italian cafes, art galleries and nurseries are a short stroll away. Manuka Shops, Kingston Foreshores, Woden Plaza and swimming pools are about five minutes drive by car.

Explore the natural environment by cycling or walking the extensive network of cycle paths. View the city from the water by taking the ferry, sailing boat or kayak.

Property is located in the well-established suburb of Yarralumla.Our home is well maintained. The grounds include newly paved areas, gardens, courtyard with BBQ and large pond. The room is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The ensuite is large and was purpose built in 2006. The room has a north/east aspect and has large windows which look out onto gardens. The room has high ceilings and two entrances which maximise air flow.
