With three bedrooms to choose from, offering two queen bedrooms and one twin single. All bookings are exclusive use with private ensuite and independant guest access to the property.

Group and family bookings are welcome, sleeping up to seven including an infant.

Perth's major airports are only 13.5km away and are easily accessible.

Bicycles are available for guests' to use should they choose to explore the picturesque Canning River Regional Park.

The Canning River Regional Parks dual use path network will lead you through conservation wetlands, natural bushland and the parks surroundings as you follow along the Canning River with its ever present flora and fauna for you to discover at your leisure. Enjoy the sights and sounds of many native birds during the day as you walk or ride around the Canning River Regional Parks dual use path network.
The extensive dual use path network caters for people of all abilities. Some activities within the park include bird watching, bicycle riding, canoeing, walking and jogging.

Fern Cove Bed and Breakfast is providing two bicycles with helmets for guests to use (conditions apply).

Fern Cove Bed & Breakfast is located in a cul-de-sac (no through road) and provides off street parking for light trucks, caravans and campervans with power provided to the vehicle if required.

The property is adjacent to Fern Cove park which is equipped with a modern childrens playground.

Access to Fern Cove Bed & Breakfast via major roads & highways is easy. You can also access public transport from nearby locations .

Pets can only be considered at time of first enquiry. Please provide details of your pet/s when making first contact with the proprietor.
Pets are generaly not allowed inside the house however cats and some dogs sleep indoors, an addtional pet service fee applies.

Pets staying indoors with their owners will incur a pet service fee of AUD 30.00/night.

A good outdoor shelter is provided for your pet/s to stay comfortably with a large backyard to keep your pet safe.

A pet bond may apply of up to AUD 200.00 for damage to property and for unforeseen events.

Pet care and Responsibility

Care and servicing of pets needs including food, water and maintenance of their area, is the sole responsibility of the owner.
