GREAT SURF BEACH ROAD LOCATION directly opposite Cape's Bay Beach.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (one with Shower and Bath) Laundry, Full Kitchen facilities including dishwasher & microwave, Open Dining /Family Room, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, Stereo, BBQ, Outdoor Shower, Free use of Portacot & Highchair if required (BYO Baby linen for the cot).

Sorry due to lack of proper fencing, no pets are allowed at the property.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept "Schoolies" bookings.

Locality

Cape Paterson is located 138kms southeast of Melbourne only 1 hour 45 mins to Paradise. It is 8 kms from the bustling township of Wonthaggi and 15 mins drive to Inverloch. A 30 minute drive to Phillip Island.

Features

The Cape Paterson coastline features protected beaches, rockpools, great surf, scuba diving and fishing, not serviced by one but two surf lifesaving clubs.
The home is an easy walk to the Cape Tavern recently updated by new owners which is open for coffee, lunch & dinner.
Cycling - The Bunurong Coastal Road is one of the most spectacular rides in Gippsland. The Bass Coast Rail Trail runs from Wonthaggi to the Anderson Roundabout via Kilcunda. There are many other bike trails in Gippsland.
Markets - Craft & Local Produce and Farmers Markets.
Golf - Wonthaggi Golf Club
Bushwalking - Great tracks all year round.
Country Drives - beautiful rural driving around the mountain areas of Kongwak, Dalyston, Glen Alvie, Archies Creek, Loch, etc.
