Cottage, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Bell's Heritage Cottage is a three room authentic settler's cottage, which was transported to "Rosebud Apiary" a land grant taken up by George and Isobelle (nee Winter) Shumack. Their daughter Jean Shumack married Jack Bell, and soon afterwards, Jean's parents, George and Isobelle, retired and gifted Rosebud to them. The Bell's renamed the property "Hillivew" in the 1920s. Donald Robert Tully, a friend of the family, bought the property in 1937, and built a new home, but preserved the old buildings.
