Locality

An easy and picturesque drive of just over 2 hours down the coast from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra and only 15 minutes from Nowra.

Easy access to shops and services. Culburra Beach is renowned for its lake, beaches, swimming, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and boating (boat ramp close to beachhouse).

Culburra Beach comprises two beaches (Culburra and Warrain Beach) and is nestled close to Crookhaven River, Lake Wollumboola and Curleys Bay. Tilbury Cove is always protected and great for little ones.

Other attractions: tennis courts, Bowling Club, chinese restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, bottle shop, hairdresser, beautician, bakeries, petrol stations, Post Office, video shop, 2 supermarkets, chemist, fishing tackle & bait shop, surf shop, and access to atms. Great golf course just 15 minutes drive.Award winning restaurant at Pyree, just 10 minutes drive.

The home has an easy living feel along with all the upmarket requirements you could want including polished Blackbutt timber flooring, high ceilings, 3 outdoor timber decks, and numerous other extras.

Good quality espresso maker, large Weber bbq and Bose IPOD sound system are just some of the special inclusions that make your stay memorable , comfortable and extra special.Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries provided plus a comprehensive pantry of food including olive oil, espresso coffee, spices, and Twinings teas etc.

The private backyard with northerly aspect, two outdoor shower with hot water and fernery is also bordered by beautiful native reserve.

The double garage measures 6.3m x 6.2m with a garage door height of 2.4m, perfect for the boat. Your own track to the beach adds to the great lifestyle this property has to offer.

PEAK SEASON:
$400 pn midweek rate for up to 4 persons; $900 a weekend for up to 4 persons up to 15 December 2011

ULTRA PEAK:
Minimum $600 pn for up to 8 persons( from 16 Dec,Jan school hols).Minimum stay 7 nights for up to 8 persons.

The Easter period and long weekends $600 per night for up to 8 persons.

All rates include beds being made up for arrival with luxury linen , beach towels and towels. All toiletries including soap, organic shampoo/conditioner and bath gel are supplied. A flexible check in and check out time may be arranged when convenient.Basic pantry items are supplied eg.vinegars,olive oil,spices,Twinings tea, espresso coffee, sugar,flours,dishwashing tablets,toilet paper,washing powder and other cleaning products. Herbs and vegetables are grown for guests consumption. Plus the Sydney Morning Herald is delivered each morning for guests convenience. Once at the house there is little need to leave as the espresso maker makes great coffee, Webber bbq cooks to perfection and the flat screen Sony LED means you can view TV and movies with pleasure.
