"Salt And Light" is a cosy brick home close to the beach and lake and yet away from the crowds. The home is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. There is lots of natural light creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere and plenty of opportunity to breathe in the fresh sea air. The 3 comfortable bedrooms are equipped to sleep 8 adults with lots of room to move.
Be it a Family Holiday, a romantic getaway, a cosy Winter retreat, a public holiday, a Surf trip, a long weekend, a fishing adventure, a school holiday family break..... or just an excuse to have time off work!!! "Salt & Light" is a great place to stay !!

Unfortunately, due to bad experiences with damage to our property, no bookings will be taken for "Schoolies".

Locality

Culburra Beach has an extensive variety of services to make your stay at "Salt & Light" more enjoyable. The Supermarket (IGA) stocks all your holiday grocery needs. The Newsagent, Post Office, Licensed Bowling & Recreation Club, Service Station, Video Shop, Bottle Shop, Fishing Shop, Hardware Store, Playing Fields, Tennis Courts, Parks and multiple Take Away Food shops and Boat Ramps all make your stay a joy.

Property

Living Areas
Upstairs, the large open plan living and lounge areas, equipped with stereo, lounges and a day bed will truly enable you to relax in your home away from home.
Downstairs, a table setting, lounges, TV, DVD Home Theatre, Video and Stereo , along with a selection of games, books and videos and available for your enjoyment,

Kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, with everything from a Microwave to a Toasted Sandwich Maker, to allow you to cook up your favourite cuisine, or you can just be lazy and have an easy Take Away meal at the large dining table while taking in the beautiful lake views.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has stunning lake views and contains a Queen Bed and parents retreat. Bedroom 2 contains a 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed. All bedrooms are also equipped with a built in wardrobe for your convenience.

Bathrooms
There are 2 full bathrooms and a convenient outhouse out the back. The main bathroom also contains a spa bath.

Laundry
Internal laundry including washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor Entertaining Area
In addition to the sun drenched north facing front porch, a Gas BBQ and covered entertainment area are provided for those lazy dinners cooking the catch of the day, or for you to relax in while the children play in the fenced back yard. It is also perfect for drying your wet beach gear.

Backyard
The fully fenced level backyard with double gate access is the perfect place to securely park your Trailer or Boat off the street, and for the children to play in a safe environment. Pets are also welcome in the yard.

Young Children
A Portable Cot, Highchair and Safety Bed Rail are available for the use of young children.

Pets
Pets are just as welcome at "Salt & Light" as you are. The fully enclosed yard and nearby beaches allow you pet to stretch their legs to their hearts content. (A bond is payable, which will be refunded as soon as our agent confirms there is no damage or mes

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Pets are not normally permitted inside unless they are trained and will NOT go on bedding or furniture. Approval must be obtained from the property owner if you wish to have your pet inside. A pet bond applies to each pet. The bond will be returned after our agent has confirmed that there is no damage to the property or mess (including pet hair on furniture etc.) left at the property and that the yard has been cleared of pet droppings. (We have never had a problem in the past, but we need to be covered jus in case) We need these guidelines in place to ensure that the home presentation is fantastic for every visitor.
