Holiday house

Location is ideal with this property....Sleeps 7 with 1 queen bed room and 1 double bed room with built-ins . 3 single beds in bright sunroom.The house is spotlessly clean with bright,sunny outlook.Large,open plan kitchen with all utencils.Best posistion with easy,direct access to Culburra Beach outside the front gate.Enough off street parking for cars and boats.Level fenced backyard,with BBQ and outdoor setting to entertain.Shops within walking distance as is tennis courts,boat ramp and lake(great fishing off rocks or jetty).Bring your pets to enjoy dog friendly Culburra Beach.Location of house is peacefully quiet with the sound of the ocean and exotic birds your only interruption.THE DUNES II is wating for you...

Locality

Area is ideal for a getaway.Beautiful Culburra Beach at your doorstep.Dolphins are often seen past the breakers.Local Shops,restaurants and bowling club a shortdrive or walk down the road.Plenty of areas to explore within 30min. drive from house including Jervis Bay,Point Perpendicular,Beecroft Peninsular with its many beaches and bays within.Beautiful blue,crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling or Scuba...Come see for yourself...

Extras

Provided at the house for all to enjoy are raquets,balls,cricket bat,frisbie,books,fishing hand lines, and a variety of kids bikes and scooters.

For larger gatherings it may also be possible to rent out "THE DUNES" and "THE DUNES II".Both houses accommodate 16 people and share a fence line with gate access between them.
