This waterfront holiday home overlooks safe beach and Frederick Henry Bay with great views to Seven Mile Beach and Mt Wellington.

Large open plan living which opens to large deck. Celerytop pine kitchen, tas oak floorboards, reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling, panel heaters and ceiling fan. Furnished with pine antique pieces.


Local Attractions.
Golf courses nearby. Nearest is public 9 hole course 5 minutes away. Great choice of beaches from quiet and safe wading at front door to surf beaches a 3 minute drive away. Boat ramp also 3 minutes.

Locality


A great base to explore all the major tourist attractions which are all close by. Only 30 minutes from Hobart city, 15 minutes from Hobart airport, 20 minutes to the north is the historic township of Richmond and Coal River valley wineries. 45 minutes to the south is Tasman Peninsula and Port Arthur. Shops, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, hotels all within 5 mins
