Need to escape the hustle and bustle? This amazing property allows absolute seclusion while still within easy access of local facilities of the Camden Haven. Absolute ocean views from upper and lower deck areas with constant sea breeze. Walk the many trails around the headland, cycle along the river into town for lunch or coffee, stroll along South Beach or just relax in the shade with a good book from the vast library. The upper level retreat will sleep 4 with a queen sized Japanese futon and folding futon and also features a private deck area and ensuite. The ground floor offers wide open living and dining areas, huge deck area for el fresco dining and whale watching, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite. 1 with queen and 1 with 2 singles. The garden area outside the kitchen is perfect for the summer BBQ. Community tennis court available. 3 bicycles and assorted body boards for use. Tennis equipment and bicycle helmets are not provided. Use of equipment at own risk. T.V.,DVD,VCR,CD stereo, ceiling fans. Double garage. Driveway inaccessible for boats. Not suitable for small children because of the height of decks.
