Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen and a big verandah with views to the ocean. STRICTLY NO PETS at ALL are allowed, due to by-Laws within the Estate.

A 1km drive takes you to the local Dunbogan General Store where they make great hamburgers, liquor licence, milk, bread, papers etc, very handy. Dunbogan Boat shed is also where you can hire boats and buy your bait.

Less than 5 mins drive from Seacrest is the suburb of Laurieton, supermarket, fuel, picture theatre, fish co-op; oyster farm (excellent) and cafes and restaurants.

The house suits families or adults. There are eight steps at the entry and then all one level.

Set in native bushland you will only hear the birds and the surf, very private and quiet. Just perfect to truely relax.
