Holiday house, Self-contained apartment


La Valle is set in the hills in a most picturesque area between Montespertoli and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa at few km from Florence and Siena. The farmhouse has been carefully restored to maintain many of its original features. Brunella and her family created a lovely English garden with a variety of roses, clematises, herbs and shrubs. There is a good swimming pool in the garden (7m x 14m) from where you can enjoy superb views across the valley. Montespertoli, which is famous for its wine festivals, and Tavarnelle are nearby and offer good shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants.

Property


The farmhouse has been carefully divided into eight properties all of which are comfortably furnished to a high standard with a selection of antique rustic furniture and good modern kitchens. There are terracotta floors throughout and most rooms have beamed ceilings. One of the apartments is occupied by the owners and the other six are available for letting.

Each property has its own entrance and space for eating out of doors. The estate is reached by a small country lane
