The house is one of the first residence of the area so there is a lot of history surrounding the house.
The home is self-contained, practical, comfortable and has a relaxed feel. There are two bedrooms, one includes a queen sized bed and the other two king singles and a trundle bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sunny internal verandah is very comfortable.
Delightfully private, this charming residence on more than an acre of land is all for you. Just a short stroll to Blueys Beach!
A Casa del Sol is ideally located near many award winning restaurants, cafes as well as provides easy access to pristine beaches.

There is a pharmacy, doctors surgery, surf shop, general store, bakery pie shop and bottle shop within 200 metres from Casa del Sol.

5 minutes drive from Elizabeth Beach
10 minute drive to Smith Lakes
3 hours drive from Sydney, 30 minutes drive from Bulladelah, 20 minutes from Forster.

Property

Beside the activities around Blueys Beach and Pacific Palms area/Forster/Tuncurry have all the activities of a mid size town. Within 5- 30 minutes drive you have endless National Parks, lakes, lighthouses, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a Tourist Information Centre 2 minutes walk from our house which has all the information needed for things to do around the area, Internet access is also available at the Tourist Information Centre.
Just a reminder that there are NO PETS allowed due to allergies to other guest and our family.
