Sevan is located right in the heart with only a 100m walk to the main street shops & cafes, 150m walk to Main beach or Wallis lake.
The twin towns of Forster and Tuncurry, just 3 hours mainly freeway drive from Sydney,form one of the most popular and rapidly growing residential and tourist areas on the Mid North Coast.
Together with nearby Pacific palms, there are 10 main surfing beaches, three superb lakes and several river systems that all combine to produce an acknowledged pristine environment that is attracting an ever increasing number of visitors and hoidaymakers to the area.
