Located at the end of a long private driveway, this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom solid Limestone house is fully air-conditioned / heated, has High Speed Internet (WiFi & LAN) and comes complete with secure two car lock-up garage.

The lower floor contains lounge, dining room, bathroom, laundry and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has all new appliances, new Italian stainless steel oven / gas hot plates and new stainless steel dishwasher.

The Lounge has a new big High Definition Plasma TV, DVD player and Stereo.

Upstairs boasts another bathroom and 3 huge bedrooms (with a balcony off the main) all with built in wardrobes and new carpets.

Outside you'll find a huge undercover outdoor entertaining / dining area complete with BBQ.

Situated on Douro Road in South Fremantle, the house is:
