Holiday house, Holiday unit, Holiday apartment

Here is a welcoming home, well equipped with the luxury items most people are keen to find in a holiday home.
Located in Wonthella, with a shopping centre around the corner, and less than 1.5km into the CBD or a choice of wonderful beaches.
Our base daily rental rate includes up to 3 people, at $200 per night, or $1250 per week. Each extra person pays $10 per night. Inside the house, there is a massive airconditioner, insulation, and a lovely alfresco area to take care of creature comforts. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, and all the smaller kitchen items needed to prepare a meal. The bathrooms are ultra modern, with a bath in the main bathroom, the ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet.
The sleeping arrragments cater for up to 8 people, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
We provide a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. There is an LCD TV/Dvd in the master bedroom, and 2 TV's in the living areas.
We cater for individuals, couples, families, and corporate clientelle. Our prices are reasonable, and we aim to provide a very comfortable stay, with nice quality furnishings, linen and towels. Our house is a home and not a sterile motel room.
Refunds
No refunds with less than 72 hours notice. A $25 cancellation fee will apply on all refunds. During school holidays and long weekends no refund will be given with less than 2 weeks notice. No refunds once occupancy is taken up

Within walking distance

There is a shopping centre in the next street, with a large supermarket, bottle shop, hairdressers, takeway and newsagency.
A kid's park is about 100m away.
Chicken Treat and Domino's Pizza is located 500m away.
If you enjoy a walk, the beaches and marina are about 10-15 minutes stroll.
About 5 minutes stroll are most of Geraldton's sporting venues, located on Eighth St. They include: Football, tennis, bowls, basketball, swimming, skateboards, netball, athletics, hockey, and golf.

Geraldton Attractions

Numerous restaurants, cinema, plenty of shopping opportunities, major banks, delightful new foreshore development, with a mind for the enjoyment of children.
Windsurfing, surfing, kite-surfing are very popular beachside pastimes, and within Geraldton precincts are several football ovals, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, and stadiums for basketball, netball, bowls etc.
