The homestead has retained its nineteenth century characteristics such as high ceilings, marble fireplaces and elaborate plasterwork. Antique furniture and Victorian paintings do justice to the heritage listing the property enjoys. The large farmhouse kitchen adjoins a separate breakfast room with extraordinary views across the pool to the panorama of Bunyip State Park.

As well as playing croquet or relaxing by the pool, guests can explore the walking tracks that wind through the woods and wetlands of the property or visit Bunyip State Park. This beautiful park covers 16,500 hectares and caters for walkers, cyclists and horseriders, with kilometres of dedicated tracks. There are many picnic areas, some offering magnificent mountain-top views, others beside creeks in fern-filled valleys.

Tennis, golf, private massage, horse-riding or a bird-watching expedition can all be arranged.

Our aim is to provide quiet space and traditional country comfort for visitors with whatever level of service they desire.
