Arcadia Holiday House offers comfortable three-bedroom accommodation and is located in historic rural Hamilton.

This self-contained holiday home is an attractive house with an appealing large garden, views and all day sun, generously equipped as a home away from home. Big windows look into the garden and over farm land to hills and distant mountains.

The kitchen is family sized, convenient and provisioned for 'make your own' breakfast and with the basics for other meals. It has a dishwasher and even a deep freeze. Laundry equipment and cleaners are included too.

Living rooms are open plan and have polished Tasmanian Oak floors and the dining table seats eight. The third bedroom has the second television.

The bathroom has a big deep bath, separate shower and a toilet. There is a cupboard full of towels and a second toilet.

Barbecues are a particular enjoyment amongst hundreds of flowers and plants. Fruit, vegies and herbs may be picked in season including asparagus, raspberries, tomatoes and cherries.

For year round comfort the house is insulated, has reverse cycle air conditioning, a wood heater and ceiling fans in both the dining and living rooms.

There is a wifi connection to broadband internet available to accommodation guests at no charge.

Arcadia Holiday House makes an ideal base for sight seeing in central and southern Tasmania.
