Behind the white picket fence and rose garden lies Devonshire Cottage. The open plan, single level, fully furnished cottage is in the inner leafy suburbs of Adelaide, just 10 minutes drive from the CBD & close to fashionable King William Road, Hyde Park.
*No stairs inside the house & rooms are all on one level.
*Public transport by bus is metres away & Mitcham shopping centre is 2 minutes walk - has 2 supermarkets, Wallis Cinemas, pharmacy & speciality shops.
*3 double bedrooms.
*The main bedroom has a top quality KING bed & 5 metres of wardrobe.
*Second bedroom: double bed ensemble & built in robes.
*Third bedroom: Federation double bed.
*Full kitchen: stainless steel electric oven & hotplates, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Dining adjacent with sofa and TV/DVD.
*Gas log fire heater & reverse cycle refrigerated A/C.
*Bosch front loader washing machine & electric dryer.

Our two Maltese dogs were made to feel very welcome. So rare to find a pet friendly property of this high standard.

The home is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So wonderful being able to walk the nearby shops and transport. Easy parking.

How wonderful being able to take our precious Poodle dog Molly to Devonshire Cottage. She enjoyed her stay as much as we did. Thankyou so much.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Fully fenced enclosed secure yard with high fence. Large dogs are NOT accepted. Up to 2 small dogs that are fully toilet trained are permitted. The dogs MUST be fully toilet trained if bringing the dogs inside which is allowed and be vaccinated and clean. Please bring your vaccination certifcates with you. No more than 2 dogs are permitted. Please bring your own dog bedding with you or if you need bedding provided request it at the time of booking as we don't keep used dog bedding at this cottage. Pets (dogs) can sleep outdoors under the verandah or carport or in the little brick outdoor building or indoors in the laundry area, which is secure and able to shut off from the rest of the house. We do not mind if your little dog comes indoors as long as you are supervising the animal. Owners must clean up after their dogs and control them from barking. Cats are permitted but there is no cat enclosure outdoors and cats must be kept in an enclosure if outside at night due to council regulations so you need to bring an enclosure with you or use the little outdoor brick building, which is quite cute! Cats are NOT allowed indoors with free unsupervised run of the house but you may bring a cat in to sit on your lap at night or when you are present and supervising the cat. There is a limit of no more than 2 cats allowed. A kitty litter tray can be provided on request. Furniture clawed by cats is not acceptable. A cat scratching post is available on request. Dogs and cats are NOT permitted on furniture or bedding. No large dogs accepted as the yard is small. (If you wish to bring a larger dog please ask us as we may make exceptions if it is an exceptionally well behaved trained dog).
