Self-contained apartment

Modern Apartment/Townhouse (4bedrooms) located Very close (100mtrs) from shops and beach. Downstars: 2 bedrooms, Bathroom, Laundry and double remote garage. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, Bathroom, living area/kitchen flowing out to the decked verandah with bbq. Comfortably fits two Familys. Linen is supplied (including towels).

Please call me, you should be supplied our number after making an enquiry.

There is no need to enquire if you do not haver any questions or if you are not ready to book, if the calendar says available then its 99% accurate, so it is probably available.
Most weekends rate will total $880.00.
I can do cheaper rates for longer stays.
Prices include linen and towels.

Locality

Very close to main street and access to all shops. Very close to some of the best beach area's in Victoria. In particular the inlet beach, a safer option to the surf beaches.
There are bbq's close by on the foreshore area's and a playground area for the Kid's. The best view's over the water.

Property

Check in time is 3pm, unless it is ready earlier and check out time is 10am.
