Thirty Two JW is a lovely neat, tidy and comfortable 3 bedroom shack which is fully self contained and provides everything you will need for a relaxing break including a great view. It "is what it is". If you are looking for a luxurious 'holiday home' with 5 star accommodation - this is not it.
Thirty Two JW offers a clean and tidy 'beach shack'. Hot water is not available in the kitchen (available from bathroom), there is no laundry (who wants to do washing anyway!) and the kitchen/living/dining area is combined.
James Well is not connected to mains water - all water is supplied by rainwater tanks.

Locality

James Well is renowned for its fishing and crabbing (any month with "R" in it). Crabbing equipment is available for use in the shed. A public boat ramp is available close by to launch your boat. Leisurely walks on the beach, reading, relaxing - you can do it all at James Well. An ideal location for a summer beach holiday or cosy winter getaway.
Ardrossan is only a 5 minute drive away and provides a 7 day supermarket, 2 hotels, hospital, service station, golf course, tennis courts, ATM, fabulous bakery, laundromat and police station.

Property

Please note that you will be required to supply all your own linen (quilts, sheets, pillows, towels, tea towels, bathmats, beach towels, hand towels). Some blankets are provided.
