Why do people come down to the Coast???
TO SEE THE SEA OF COURSE.....!!!!!

Well you will certainly won't be disapointed when you come to Edge House..

Fully self contained holiday home. If you are looking for something just a "little bit different", this totally unique property might be just for you.

Set on expansive grounds with stunning panoramic ocean views and surrounded by a large farming property. This has got to be one of the best and most unique properties on the holiday rental market today.

Comprising three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles, plus a seperate "sleep out" with two sets of bunks for the kids. One family bathroom. Seperate toilet. Lounge room is air conditioned with TV and DVD. MP and I-pod dock. Dining area with Stereogram and huge selection of "Vinyl" to play. (A great trip down memory lane.) Huge deck overlooking the ocean. With BBQ and outdoor setting in private back patio. Great for that early morning cuppa.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Coffee Pod Machine. Pantry with all essentials provided.

PET FRIENDLY FULLY ENCLOSED BACK GARDEN. (Your best friend deserves a holiday too).

We had a great couple of days & you were right about it being a dog haven, Ms Crumpet loved her laundry spot & felt very comfy there. The beach is beautiful, both Torquay & Jan Juc. We had a ball there, even with the wind as it was. We also enjoyed going through the records & playing 'first to guess the tune' & a lot of Abba was played by children's request. I was surprised to see that I still knew all the words as if it were yesterday. 'Cosmos Factory' - Creedence was my personal favourite though.

Locality

Edge House is a perfect spot for a holiday whether it is a short or long stay. You are situated on the “golden mile” of Victorian surfing, starting at some of the best reef breaks around to the mecca of surfing that is “Bells Beach”. All these spots can be reached within a short drive. If shopping is your thing then Torquay surf shops are just a short trip down the road. Golfing your thing? The Torquay golf course is also a short walk down the Great Ocean Road. Tennis courts, a huge children’s play park are down the road in Jan Juc. The Jan Juc cliffs are renown for their magnificent formations and walking/riding tracks have been specifically built along the cliff tops enabling spectacular views along the miles of trails. The beautiful Jan Juc beach is only minutes away and is fully patrolled during the summer months. Looking for something more "child friendly" for the kids to swim, then Torquay's "Cosy Corner" offers calmer waters. For the fishermen there is good fishing straight off the beaches or at Spring Creek. Choosing somewhere to eat and drink will be the hardest choice to make, with the pub, Bird Rock Bar and Swells café in Jan Juc, or down the road in Torquay a myriad of choices too numerous to mention. If you don’t want to move from that magnificent ocean view, just ring down to Torquay and arrange home delivery from many outlets who offer this service. Also great dining at the Torquay Golf Course. Make sure you order a bottle of locally produced wine – no hassle about driving – Edge House is only a 5 minute walk away. (booking is advisable in peak periods). After dinner have a gamble on the numerous Poker Machines in their Gaming Room.
