Johanna Seaview is holiday home on a substantial 300 acre property, a few kilometres and breath-taking views away from the renowned Johanna Beach. It is a modern, light filled home with modern conveniences and the country dream.
Contemporary leather and hardwood furnishings, wood fire, spacious veranda, new appliances and Telstra 3G ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The house is located near the top of the property to guarantee beautiful views of the ocean and rolling hills. All rooms have large French doors for views and access to the covered, wrap-round deck and garden.
The house accommodates 6 people comfortably. King double in the main bedroom and 2 king doubles or 4 split king singles in the other two bedrooms. The third bedroom is open and is best suited to children.
The property itself is a sizeable 300 acres, which you are free to explore. It holds native forests, a ten metre hidden waterfall and two permanent streams. There are cows, peacefully munching the lush grass and a variety of native birds, foxes, wallabies and kangaroos. Please note that a $ 500 bond ( fully and promptly refundable after inspection) is required.
