KGA No 1 is a 3bedroom by 2bathroom two storey apartment that sleeps 6, can accommodate 8 if the extra 2 are children.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and there are separate laundry facilties with washing machine in the unit as well. TV, DVD player available and CD/radio.

Main bedroom has queen bed, bedroom 2 has queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds with bunkbed on the mezzanine floor , all bedrooms have built in robes.

The complex, Kalbarri Gdns has a communal swimming pool and 4 BBQ's for the use of the tenants. It is a 5min walk to the beaches, river, shops, restaurants and other facilities in Kalbarri.
