Holiday house

This well equipped home is centrally located to anything a family or a couple need in a break from the big city. The house is perched on a small hill and overlooks the glorious Lake Illawarra with an oval, a children's playground and tennis court making it perfect for all the family. Port Kembla beach is only a few minutes drive and is famous for its cleanliness, family atmosphere as well as being a renowned surfing spot. At the beach there is also an olympic-size salt water pool and is a great fishing spot. The house itself has four generous bedrooms with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is equipped with a separate bath and shower and comes complete with towels and hairdryer. Outside there are two decked areas, one with a private spa area and barbeque, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Locality

Our house is a comfortable 75 minute drive from Sydney International and Domestic airports and a mere 10 minute drive from Wollongong. Only a few minutes takes you to Port Kembla beach and just 25 minutes away is the tourist hub of Kiama. A family friendly shopping mall is only 2 kilometers away and there is a post office and general store in the village. Lake Illawarra is only a 5 minute drive where you can enjoy boating, sailing and fishing by the crystal clear water.

Property

Large 2 storey brick home. The house is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outside spa, two decked areas and a barbeque. This home also has 2 lounge areas and a separate dining room. There is off street parking for 4 cars, a boat or even a caravan or campervan. The house has 2 flat screen TVs each with its own DVD player. Additionally there is cable TV, internet access as well as a big kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. A portable cot is also available on request.
