Holiday house


This property was extensively renovated in late 2010 and now is a truly beautiful place to call home while you enjoy your stay in Launceston.
The sun room on the eastern end is a very relaxing place where you can sit for breakfast or a good room to unwind in with friends at the end of the day.
The ultra modern kitchen with its bright red glass splash backs and its own LCD TV set into the unique island pantry is loved by many who stay here. This island pantry also incorporates a display cabinet that features ornaments from around the world.
The modern en suite with its own shower and toliet off the main bedroom is very convenient while the second queen bedroom features ornate Art Deco cornices and ceiling rose.
The third bedroom can sleep 5 with one of the bunks being a double below and a single on top.
The tenth bed is made up if required. This single bed can be set up where it suits you best.
The laundry has a fully automatic washing machine and there is a lock up garage outside as well as separate off street parking.
The courtyard just off the kitchen is set up for outdoor dining with its own furniture and gas barbecue.

Claymoore is just off the main route to the city. It is about 2km from the centre of Launceston

The main bedroom has a queen bed and en suite. Stored under the bed is a single trundle bed that may be set up where it suits.
Bedroom two is also a second master bedroom with a queen bed.
Bedroom three sleeps 5. There is a double bunk with a single above and the second bunk is 2 singles.

This makes a total of 10 beds.
