"Cottage on High" is a large late 1800's house which has been extensively renovated and extended. The original front rooms have been converted into 3 spacious bedrooms all with heating and built ins. There are 2 modern bathrooms which are easily accessed from the living areas and bedrooms. The sunny kitchen contains all the modern appliances. The lounge room features a large TV with DVD, chess set table & piano with plenty of comfortable seating and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting and off street parking for at least 2 cars.

From the moment we arrived it felt very homely and comfortable. It made our relocation from WA to Tas a breeze and the fact that we were allowed to bring our little girl, Zena (the dog) made the move even easier. The house is situated in the heart of Launceston and offers fantastic city views. It is a short walk to the city and a short drive to the country. The perfect place to stay when visiting or moving to Tas.

Situated on High Street, 1 minutes walk to St Georges Square's vibrant cafe, milk bar, butcher and palyground. The city centre is a comfortable 10 minutes walk down hill with the new Aquatic centre 5 minutes away, and a 15 minute drive to the airport.
