The property features 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite plus summer outdoor spa. Award winning chef's delight kitchen with granite bench tops, European appliances and dishwasher. Open plan living and dining area leading onto a fully enclosed private courtyard. The main bathroom features double shower . Separate office with desk and chair which doubles as a fourth bedroom. Polished floor boards, reverse cycle ducted under floor and in ceiling air conditioning/heating, double glazing, garaging for 2 cars.

Locality

Located close to the CBD in a very quiet street. Launceston's many parks and natural attractions are within easy walking distance, and transport, shops, cafes, supermarkets etc only minutes walk. Launceston General Hospital is two blocks away.
