This lovely spacious house has just be renovated through out. It has three large bedrooms and two new bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The new kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and gas hotplates.
The roomy lounge is north facing with a bay window and a separate dining room which retains the charm of yester year.
The house is air conditioned.
The private rear garden contains a BBQ and outdoor dining setting where you can relax.
Off street parking is provided.
Located only 5 minutes walk to the CBD with local parks, restuarants and hotels within a three block walk.
