Quiet location, walking distance to Estuary. 3 mins drive to main bouvard skiing and jetski area. 5 mins drive to lovely beaches. Both fishing and crabbing areas close by.Jetski hire on weekends. Lovely walk and cycle ways. Boat ramp down road.Mandurah shopping and many take a way food outlets 7 mins drive. Mandurah centre about 15 mins drive.

Locality

We are situated only t minutes south of Mandurah, Dawesville cut and 5 minutes east of the lovely beaches. You are able to spend time enjoying the town sites and activities; you may also like to travel south to many holiday attractions and locations. You are only a short stroll to the estuary and the local tavern and restaurant, who serve lovely meals. Fishing and crabbing at your finger tips.The boat ramp is located at the base of your views, and the main Dawesville ski and picnic area is only 5 minutes away.

There are plenty of fishing spots, and quiet picnic locations.

Property

This is a two story home, consisting of three bedrooms, one bathroom, and two toilets. Upstairs is a sitting room, the bedrooms, a bar and an outside balcony. Downstairs there is a fully self contained kitchen, a laundry, a bathroom, lounge/dining area, separate meals area and an enclosed games/outdoor area with a barbecue.

The home has a downstairs heater and all furniture you should require. In the hotter climate the upstairs and sleeping areas are air-conditioned. The back entertainment area features a pool table, table tennis table and dart board.

There are two double beds, 4 single beds and a fold out sofa bed. The linen required for the beds is supplied and pillows available. Tea towels, hand towels etc supplied. You will need bath towels and any sleeping items you may prefer to use. The kitchen is fitted with most of your basic requirements.
