This well appointed fully furnished Villa is 10 minutes walk from Mandurah's foreshore, cafe and restaurant strip and many attractions. The perfect place for a luxury weekend getaway or that long hard-earned break, lounge on the top balcony or sit on the patio and relax while watching the boats on the canal... was that a dolphin going by?

Our relaxing villa has fully ducted air-conditioning and heating giving a comfortable and cosy feel all year round, Foxtel satellite with UKTV, wide screen plasma TV, radio/CD player and Playstation 2 (BYO games).

Hire linen is also available @$25 per room or $65 for all 3 rooms.

Stunning canal views can be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony and downstairs patio and BBQ area. We also have private jetty facilities, so why not bring your boat!

During December you will find Port Sails is in the heart of Mandurah's wonderful Christmas light displays, a truly magical time that has to be seen to be believed!

We have a fully equipped kitchen which includes; fridge freezer, microwave, oven, cook top, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, stock pot, steamer, bake ware, cooking utensils, teapot, storage containers, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder.

Our laundry features an easy to use washing machine, tumble drier, clothes horse, washing line, plenty of clothes pegs, iron, ironing board - washing powder is also supplied.

For the keener birdwatcher Creery Wetlands & Samphire Cove Nature Reserves can be found approx 10 mins drive away. Here you will find walking trails, hides, viewing platforms and information shelters Mandurah is also fortunate enough to be on the East Asian – Australasian Flyway for migratory shore birds.

Family Friendly

Our villa is ideal for families with children that can swim, PLEASE NOTE: there is no safety fence between the outdoor sitting area and the water's edge and so may not be suitable for younger children. Families can enjoy, fishing, crabbing and swimming from our jetty. Have fun watching the local wildlife in the canal including dolphins, pelicans and stingrays. Those with a keen eye may even spot an octopus.

King carnival is an easy 10 min stroll away offering fun for all the family. The carnival features mini golf, ferris wheel, amusement arcade and rides for all ages. Why not cool down next door at 'Just 4 fun' aqua playground or hire a kayak?

We also have a Playstation 2 at the villa with 2 controllers - BYO games.
