Holiday house


Elandra is a newly constructed house with large open plan living well suited for holiday makers. It has large windows facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve.
Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and all bedrooms have pedestal fans. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided. A porta cot and high chair is also provided.

Sleeping arrangements are:

* main queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck
* second queen size bedroom
* third bedroom with two bunk beds

The kitchen is well appointed with underbench oven, ceramic cooktop, rangehood, microwave oven and there is plenty of bench space. An extensive range of crockery, cooking utensils etc is provided. An extra bar fridge is provided if needed.

Cooling and heating is provided by a large split system air conditioner situated in the living area. There is a portable air conditioner for use in either of the bedrooms.

For your entertainment, there is a 42" flat panel plasma TV with digital reception via satellite, DVD and CD player and a surround sound system. There is a Media Player which has around 200 movies to cater for all your tastes.

There is a front loader washing machine in the laundry.
Outside is an outdoor setting 2 sun lounges, a 4 burner gas BBQ and a fish filleting station.

The house is eco friendly with solar panels installed.

You will need to bring:

For first time bookings, a security bond of 1 night's accommodation may be requested. This will be refunded if the house is left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage has occurred.
