Holiday house

This unique house sits on the first rise from beautiful Maslin Beach.

Built of rammed earth and timber. It has stunning views of the Ocean and Cliffs. Upstairs relax on the surround balconies while listening to the surf. Enjoy the fantastic views while preparing your meal or relaxing in the open plan living area. Split level upto two bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 single and bathroom.

Downstairs bedroom is a studio unit with queen bed,lounge area,TV and ensuite. Enjoys its own balcony surrounded with palm garden and more great views of the sea.

Qusests can arrive at Ambalama from Adelaide CBD by train to Noarlunga Centre (great shopping) and then bus to Maslin Beach which runs every half hour.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

The property is fully fenced and pets can roam free around the property. Even very small dogs cannot get through the chicken wire attached to bottom of wraught iron gates. We learn't that one when we first installed the wraught iron gates and our little Jack Russell just walked right on through! The living, kitchen, dinning area of Ambalama is all wooden floors, so very easy care for animals, also a small doggy door out onto the balcony, where your pets will love the view also! The living area is split level upto bathroom and bedrooms which is all carpeted. We would appreciate if pets stay in wooden floor area. The Northern end of Maslin Beach is a leash free area for the doggies to have a great play and run.
