Downstairs has two bedrooms, upstairs one.Great location to TV celebrity Rick Stein's Bannisters, beach cafes, clubs.All linen, except Xmas/Jan, hairdryer,TV/DVD, ,tea/coffee making,self cook breakfast hamper option. Have own entries,both have lounge, dining, and kitchen facility.Fans, electric blankets,heating includes electric burning log fire downstairs. Upstairs has air con, dishwasher and a computer broadband guest site.Free local calls. Downstairs has storage cupboard for golf clubs, bodyboards, cases etc. Both have nautical decor, comfortable leather lounges. Each have front verandah to enjoy the sun and view,with own all weather electric barbecues. Plentiful on street parking, upstairs has first option on level off street parking up sloped driveway.Note-A boat or trailer on street only.No laundry in either.

This was a great find..the surf and the beach from every room. I watched my son surf while I read the paper in bed! 3 dolphins caught a wave with him!!Everything was here .. beautiful.... definately will be back!!

OCEAN VIEWS from main rooms, across road is beach.Property has no yard area on offer, is unfenced, but is opposite beach and parks.Close walk to Mollymook Shopping Centre,MOLLYMOOK golf and bowling clubs,beach cafes and restaurants, 1 km Rick Steins Bannister Head. Courtesy buses available to all clubs.
