This recently listed, fully self contained Montville Holiday Home is situated in a prominent location in the heart of Montville. Minutes from the galleries, cafes and gift shops of Main street, a short stroll to Flame Hill Winery, and situated just above the beautiful Baroon Pocket Dam, a popular picnic spot, and the start of the Great South East Walk.

The charming hardwood timber home is set on 2 acres of private rain-forest gardens with views from the large North facing deck over Kondalilla Falls National Park. The front of the property over looks Baroon Pocket Dam - A popular scenic spot for people to stop and take photographs.

Located on the cusp of the National Park the property is rich in wildlife and is a Bird-watches paradise.

Located 3klms along prestigious Western Avenue, 305 Montville is the perfect holiday destination to get away from it all. An exclusively private retreat for family and friends, wedding parties, or that romantic weekend away.

The house is fully self contained and includes full kitchen and BBQ facilities, wood fire place, plasma TV, Austar, surround sound system, videos, music cds, games, magazines, a functional laundry and much more.

305 is a 4 bedroom home with the sleeping configuration consisting of 2 downstairs bedrooms: 1 with en-suite and queen size bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 Bedrooms upstairs, both with Queen size beds. All bedding and linen is provided.
